These terms apply to all services and work provided by Masterwork London. By requesting a quote or booking work, you agree to these terms.

**1. Our services**
We provide building, renovation, sash window restoration, bathroom & kitchen fitting and related property services. All work is carried out to high standards, following UK building regulations.

**2. Quotations & Pricing**
• All quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Quotes are fixed unless you change the work scope or hidden problems are found once work starts.
• Payments: deposit on booking, stage payments as agreed, final payment on completion.

**3. Your responsibilities**
• Provide clear access to the property.
• Tell us about any known issues, utilities or hazards before work starts.
• Clear the work area of personal items and furniture before we arrive.

**4. Work schedule**
• We agree start & finish dates — we work hard to meet them, but delays may happen due to weather, material supply or hidden issues — we will always keep you informed.

**5. Changes to work**
Any extra work or changes must be agreed in writing before we do it — extra costs & time will be confirmed.

**6. Guarantee & Liability**
• We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion.
• We are fully insured — public liability & employer’s liability.
• We are not liable for issues caused by existing property defects, poor maintenance or changes you make after we finish.

**7. Cancellation**
• If you cancel before work starts: deposit may be kept to cover costs.
• If you cancel once work has started: you pay for all work done + materials ordered.

**8. Law**
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
